Dog park improvements

Hello,

There is a bench outside the dog park on Rue des Chemins but inside there is not very much apart from some young trees and a sand toilet area.

It would be very helpful to have some street lights so that we can see the dogs (and their poo!) well in the winter especially. It would also be nice to have a bench inside the dog park for owners and (although this is not absolutely necessary) some extra activity things such as a simple agility area (a tunnel, some poles, à ramp up and down, etc.).
